    My father had a MASSIVE impact in my life and has been an amazing role model in my life in general. He has always been there for myself and my two sisters and it has been a complete blessing to call him DAD.

    My dad, has been a small business owner all his life. He has taught me valuable lessons in business that I hold on to this day.

    One thing, that he always said to me is to stick with ‘the market’ and ‘the people’ that drives me to be more productive and passionate.  And that, if I stick with one thing for long enough, I get to be a force to be reckoned with. Not a bad advice.

    My dad has been a ‘small business owner’ all his life. He started his business when he was in his late 30′s. Now at 73, he still enjoys what he does. It’s his life’s work, and he has no plans to retire anytime soon. For good or bad, his business has become a major part of his life for the past 43 years!

    I have often wondered how he keeps it going. One of the things that I learned from him is to always look for ‘pain points’ in your marketplace, and find the best possible solution to ease the pain. In any marketplace, there are several ‘pain points’.

Are you consistently advertising to the market that is responding well? Are you consistent with your main message in your promotions?

    4. Approach for their friendship and then business.

    With social media as a major role in marketing, are you using it effectively? Instead of asking for a sale on first contact, ask for their friendship. You can be as transparent as you wish using the social media platforms like facebook. Transparency creates trust and trust is the most important reason for higher conversions.

    5. Personal Follow Up Makes And Impact.

    Autoresponders are a great way to follow up with your prospects, but a personal note written spontaneously packs a punch. Take some extra time in contacting prospects who are coming in your lead funnel.

    I promise you that spending 30 minutes writing a personal email to your prospects, will pay off — one long term and happy customer at a time.
